1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations between Altaris International Logistics LLC, operating the OrigaLux website under the OrigaLux trading brand, and any customer placing an order on https://origa-lux.com/.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page. Product photos are provided for illustration and may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, or product batches.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s market or checkout session, depending on the delivery country and Shopify Markets configuration. The total amount payable, including applicable shipping fees and taxes where collected, is shown before order confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and an order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of fraud, payment incident, obvious pricing error, stock issue, delivery impossibility, or breach of these terms.

5. Shipping

Shipping zones, delivery fees, free-shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. For United States orders, estimated delivery is 12 to 14 business days and free shipping applies to orders over $80.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Returns, refunds, defective items, and the European consumer right of withdrawal are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy displayed on the website. European consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period where applicable under EU consumer law.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
